Warranty:

Product specifications and information in this website were supplied by the manufacturer. The manufacturer honors all product warranties. All Clearance Orders are Final Sale. Order Mistakes on our end, Call us immediately with a description of the issue and we will make arrangements for pick-up and replace with the correct item. We Reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time.

Sales Tax:

Prices listed are retail pricing and subject to change without notice. Taxes will be added to prices when applicable. Products may be discontinued, substituted, or changed without notice. We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have a business location: Wisconsin.

Return Policy:

All items are valid for return up to 7 days from date of delivery. 

All items must be returned in the complete undamaged packaging and must include all contents.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all items.

Buyer pays all return shipping cost.

No returns of Electrical, LP or Special Order items. 

No returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use. 

Shipping charges are not refunded. 

Any order placed via our website and later cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 5% termination fee.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice and description of why merchandise is being returned (ex: defective merchandise; simple return; etc)

Shipping:

For UPS (or equivalent) act as follows: If the package is obviously damaged, refuse delivery. Call us immediately so we can initiate the replacement process. Any damage found after opening your boxes and examining the merchandise should be reported to us within two (2) business days to expedite the replacement process. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Superior Campers Inc. does not pay for return shipping of any kind.

Shipping charges are based upon the weight or size of the items you order.  

*MOST Items are shipped via UPS; UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
